ICEA developed and managed several short programs for the Ukrainian media during 2005-2008 years and granted by Media Development Fund of U.S. Embassy in Ukraine. In 2008 ICEA hosted two groups of participants from the Open World Program: Ukrainian NGO’s in Chicago and Russian librarians in Boston.

The International Cultural-Educational Association frequently hosts groups of professionals from East-European countries who are participating in conventions, conferences, exhibitions and seminars in the United States. The programs also provide opportunities to network and develop new business relationships with the local communities.
