Official Notification:
International Cultural-Educational Association (ICEA) is non-profit organization based in the United States, has terminated all relations with our branch office in the Ukraine, known as UBICEA, since May of 2008 when the contract expired. We decided not to renew our contract with the branch office due to their failure to comply with rules and regulations governing non-profit operations. The branch office has since incorporated in the Ukraine as a new organization called International Educational Cultural Association (IECA) and continues to:
* use our organizational logo (with slight modification),
* represent itself as having active relationships with organizations in the United States through ICEA,
* use our programs and intellectual properties as their own, without our permission or consent.
We want to notify that our organization has severed all relations with UBICEA and its reincarnation as IECA, and we have no further dealings with its staff under the management of Lubov Gorvat.
ICEA created a sister organization to handle our growing operation of sponsoring Ukrainian professionals who attend conferences, seminars and exhibitions in the United States. This new corporation, American Institute of Business and Professional Development (AIBPD) deals directly with professional organizations in the Ukraine and United States and does not maintain any office in the Ukraine. The AIBPD Corporation receives no government funding from either the U.S. or Ukraine.
For representing interests of ICEA in Ukraine, the power was also given for following individuals:
